Knockout brackets

Add a bracket block to create knockout rounds. Slots can be filled by teams directly, by group positions, or by the winners and losers of earlier matches.

• Link bracket slots to group rankings (e.g. winner of group A).
• Resolve draws with penalties or a manual winner.
• Combine groups and brackets into multi-phase formats.
